After a brief crew change, southbound loaded grain train UP GSPOEF 27 leaves behind Dupo as heads down the Chester Subdivision beneath a pair of classic MoPac style cantilever signals. These covered hoppers were loaded at the Prairie Central Co-op elevator loop north of Pontiac, IL and are ultimately headed for Franklin, TX on the state’s east side. This train was hot on the heels of UP GSRKPG 27, another grain load, which had just left only minutes prior.
